U.S. Purchases

We kindly request a processing time of 2-3 business days for your purchase, and an additional 7-10 business days for the item to reach your destination. Please note, this duration excludes weekends (Friday through Sunday) and public holidays, as we do not dispatch purchases from Thursday to Sunday or on holidays.

Upon dispatch of your purchase, a confirmation email, inclusive of a tracking number, will be sent to you. Please allow a 24-hour window for the tracking number to become functional. Should you encounter any discrepancies with the tracking number post the 24-hour period, we welcome you to reach out to us via email.

During checkout, the estimated delivery time provided pertains only to the duration the purchase will take to reach you post-dispatch from our facility.

For cancellations, kindly note a processing fee of €13.74 will be levied to cover Shopify refund charges.

PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONCE THE SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN GENERATED, OR THE PACKAGE IS EN ROUTE OR DELIVERED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND ON SHIPPING CHARGES

International Purchases

We request a processing time of 7-14 business days for international purchases, with an additional 1-5 business days for the item to reach you.

Upon dispatch of your purchase, you will be provided a tracking number. Please allow a 24-hour window for the tracking number to become functional. Should you encounter any discrepancies with the tracking number post the 24-hour period, we welcome you to reach out to us.

UPDATE

We regret to inform that we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost, retained, or damaged. We also do not bear responsibility for errors in delivery by the carrier or incorrect shipping information. As shipping is a service procured from USPS concurrently with your purchase from us, any issues pertaining to shipping must be addressed with USPS. We offer the provision to add INSURANCE to any purchase, which we strongly recommend for purchases of significant value.
